short::seasons showcases the best short films and animations made in the Canberra Region.  With screenings and filmmaker networking sessions twice a year, short::seasons is a highlight on the filmmaking calendar for filmmakers and filmgoers in the Canberra Region.

The short::seasons festival has been running since 2001 and has screened the work of many Canberran filmmakers.  In 2012, the administration of the festival moved to ScreenACT, the ACT's Office of Film, Television & Digital Media.
