SASI Subsidised Insurance

This insurance is for SASI Members, for  non-commercial filmmaking only and is costed out on a rolling scale. It covers $20 million public liability and limited equipment loss on location.

ScreenACT is heavily subsidising this insurance as we believe every filmmaker should be covered for public liability and many locations will require it.

* The insurance was purchased by Canberra Business Council on 24th January 2012 and will expire on 24th January 2013. The insurance will expire on that date, regardless of when you join it. Best to join early in the year to ensure maximum benefit.

 

The Subsidised Public Liability Insurance is a service we have organised for insurance brokers Financial Integrity to provide to qualifying members of SASI.

The Canberra Business Council accepts no Liability
Canberra Business Council is not permitted by law to provide any advice in relation to the insurance product.  It makes no representation about the suitability of the product for anyone or their business or situation.  Nor does it accpet any liability for any loss or damage anyone may suffer in reltaion to their (lack of) insurance arrangements.

Deal with the Broker, not Us
